  1. HORRIBLE

    I received my first vaccine and now cannot schedule a second dose. This experience has been absolutely horrible. Why have appointments available, administer a first shot to folks and then have no appointments available to them for a second shot.

  2. Vaccination Registration

    The site will not let me sign up. I tried about 20 times with every variation of my information I could imagine. I get the message to use correct information. My info IS correct. How can I register to get the vaccine? When I clicked on category, vital recrds popped up and I cannot delete it.

  3. Re editorial today...Confusion!

    I keep getting cut off. I have tried for days to get an appt. for me (86) and my wife (83). I tried the number for older people who dont work computers. It doesn't work. The log in doesn't accept my password. And then i Hear that surpluses are being given at the stadium. I can't reach anybody. I contacted the newspaper. Maybe they can help.   4. exhausting, frustrating, time consuming,

    1) schedule second dose at the time of first dose - wow how easy would that be
    2) make option in scheduling for second dose
    3) explan what "you will be getting invitation for second dose" means

  5. Confirmation

    Send emails out quickly. I have an appointment but the confirmation just kept spinning until the screen finally said "you have successfully logged out". I'm going to my appointment.

  8. Meals on Wheels Volunteers

    I am a volunteer with MOW. I cannot seem to get the vaccine. I am 61. Registering online does not really have a category that fits my situation. We take meals to peoples homes who are vulnerable to the virus. Is there anything that can be done to speed up the process for this group since the new variant of Covid seems to spread more EASILY. Thank you.

  9. Please see my problem and question below.

    I believe I have vaccination appts for my wife and myself on 2/16/21 at 3:39pm and 3:45pm. I did NOT record the appointment confirmations, OR code(s), or appointment IDs. There appears to be no way I can retrieve this information through your website. Should we still show up for our vaccinations?

  11. cancel a scheduled appointment

    I was unable to cancel an appointment that I have confirmed. Your web site is not user friendly to allow me to do so. I wish to cancel and appointment and please let em know how to do so.

  12. signing in is progressively difficult trying to sign up for 2nd CoVid shot

    once again I spent 47 minutes trying to sign in to make an appt for my second CoVid vaccination. I have gone thru the email and password AS i DID January 11 2021. ADHS kmlewis7@earthlink.net ur84yoladyK 1/11/21 but noooooooooooooooooooooooo nothing works. please advise.

  14. provide thonest and adequate instructions for registering to receive the Phase lB immunizations.

    I am 86 years old and have not been able to register anywhere for immunization. Why is that?????Following the instructions, there are no pharmacies in my zip code which will allow for appointments in the next 5 months

  16. Mandatory making second vaccination appointment on site of first vaccine

    If I can encourage that second appointments be made on site at first visit that would decrease a lot of additional anxiety.
    We are trying to get the community to buy into getting the novel vaccine during a pandemic and any obstacles will cause a decrease in community acceptance.

  19. software glitch with making appt. at podvaccine.azhs.gov link, can't get through on phone to report

    can' get past "supplemental question" page. Get message to answer all questions but I have!
