The application status just says app approved, it does not talk about what step that is in the process. Is that the first step, the last step?

Allow submission by mail for those of us who are not computer savvy
Help! I have all the information but cannot download the documents you require in digital form. Please let me mail them to you.

Your password reset is NOT working!
MAKE IT WORK!
I had to set up a NEW account just to submit my "suggestion."
My account is christine@bayhouse.com and I've spent well over an hour clicking on your password reset links only to be redirected to the LOG IN which I obviously couldn't do because I don't have the password.

update how you apply and your links
Make it Mac friendly!! Make it so you can apply in person or through the mail I am trying to submit a better pic(You emailed me to tell me you needed a brighter pic) and the I type in my ID, name, DOB and it just sits there, I called someone and they told me it wasn't Mac friendly so I took time off work to go to the library and I'm having the same issue. I need to mail a pic in or bring one in, not very PC if you can't even do it in person! And I…

MMJ Vending machines
Add kiosks that allow a card holder to make speedy purchases and check their allotment.
from this the plants and products would be in the Kiosk, so Unless it was trash before it was placed in the vending machine, with the growers information.
and test to test the plant to make sure its mmj and not chewy's catnip mugwort

I have sent an email about getting my ID# as suggested on the website. It has been several days and am curious when I will be receiving this information so I can receive my new card.

PAYMENT NOT BEING ACCEPTED
THE BELOW MESSAGE IS WHAT I CONTINUE TO GET WHEN TRYING TO PAY FOR MMJ CARD. THE ENTIRE APPLICATION AND REQUIRED UPLOADS ARE COMPLETED AND YET THE PAYMENT PART IS SEEMING TO BE CORRUPTED. I AM NOT SURE WHAT THE RESOLUTION IS OR WHEN THE SITE WILL ACCEPT PAYMENTS. I HAVE CALLED AND THE REPRESENTATIVE SAID TO TRY AGAIN IN THE AFTERNOON. STILL NO RESOLVE. HAVE TRIED SO MANY TIMES. FRUSTRATING BECAUSE I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS AND AT THE END AM NOT ABLE TO PAY. PLEASE ADVISE AND THANK YOU .

Confusion on Cultivation. ARS statutes unclear.
We have a question.? My self and my cousin, both in our 70s, and both of us have 'authorization to cultivate' on our cards.
We have a secure garden area, and would like to know if we both can grow our 12 plants together in this garden area.
The garden is surrounded by a 6 feet tall security fence, with a locked gate.
Could you please answer this question, The Arizona Revised Statutes are not clear on this issue.

Status on MMJ card delivery?
I’m not sure if this has happened to anyone else but I received an email stating my application was accepted on february 17th and I still have yet to receive my medical card? Is there any way to see what’s going on with my card? All I see are tons of different phone numbers for contact but none of them explicitly state they’re for MMJ patients.

Where is my MMJ card? I sent in the correction requested 2/1. All the system will tell me is that my correction was received!

I want to now and voice my opinion
I understand as time changes the laws change too. I would like to know when these certain and special events for voting for and requesting changes to the laws. dealing with MMJ, the dispensaries, their customer service, and the type of MMJ being dispensed.
So it wouldn't be so confusing, to read a law and rule just for the opposite to happen with no recourse, for it. I would like more option other then finding another dispensary, filing a complaint, retaliation for it. i would like to know my options. maybe request t find a caregiver instead of dispensary targets…

How can I verify cards older than Feb 2017?
I have authorization as law enforcement to verify a card. The current one I am checking pre-dates the changes in Feb 2017, so there are only 19 characters on the card, not 20+. The system is not allowing for verification of the number because it is too short.
