So I have finally got past the fact that our state and country was completely unprepared for covid19.i have been able to evaluate the incompetence of the entire response and this is my suggestion..
Somebody needs to set down some easy to understand guidelines. Like if you are a barbershop you need to follow these procedures 1,2,3 etc if you are a restaurant you need to follow these procedures 1,2,3 etc. have the various licensing agencies write them down and send them to each business and tell them what the minimum standards are and what is expected.
That way you can evaluate and measure what is working and make adjustments to them.
Right now there are too many people making too many interpretations. And too many people are trying to out perfect each other. In an effort to increase or just save there business. You have got to set standards that we can follow and you can evaluate.
