We see a high rate of new "confirmed cases". According to the note on the testing data, the testing totals include the antibody tests. It would stand to reason then, that positive antibody tests are counted as a "new reported case" and are added to that daily total. However, as these people are theoretically immune to the decease and are no longer sick or a potential burden to our healthcare system, only the new "active" cases are the numbers we should be concerned about. It would be helpful to have a breakdown then of active/recovered/antibody positive cases of the "newly reported case numbers. This would better prepare hospitals and local of governments.
