When you restrict who is allowed to be tested (symptomatic only, in the urgent care centers) and just test anyone who walks into self-test centers for whatever reason, how can you possibly say the percentages have any meaning at all? Without a random sample across the population, this is a dangerously deceptive metric. You are doing a huge disservice to the people of Arizona by even publishing this calculation.
