It has been a month now since my boyfriend has tried to get his birth certificate and paid for it too we have not heard from or have gotten his certificate and can never get anyone on the phone to help!!

need time of birth for geneology . I am Mother of Daughter Kathy Lynn Stalie who was born 7/30/1951. Twice I have called from Anderson, California and been kept on hold for over an hour or more. once was on 8-24-14 and once today 8-25-14.was kept on hold for over an hour or more. I am 82 years and finally had to call someone from 10 miles away to use my Computer for me .
