Good luck getting a death certificate from ADHS. i have been trying to get my deceased husband's death certificate for over 9 mos. now. I have all the legal docs. and sent in my fee and i have yet to get it. The last correspondence said i was not listed as his spouse. What the heck is going on?? I have a marriage certificate from the state of AZ. Is this the best this office can do>?? I am complaining to the Attorney General's and to the Governor's office if necessary. I am fed up with - no specific information as to what i need to do next!!! How many times does it take for this office to do an efficient job?? What are they smoking over there!!!!
