Your SSH certificate expired yesterday
Please let your tech department know that the SSH certificate is expired. My school nurses cannot get into your vaccination app because of this.

I requested an application for a copy of my birth certificate via the phone & have not received it yet.
please make it easier to print an application for a copy of a birth certificate. The Microsoft Reader wouldn't open for me.

Chapter 400- policy 410- use of telemedicine does not open
It does not open. It just changes to policy 411, Parent/Family Support Provider Training, Certification, and Supervision
Requirements.
This is very odd, and it is the only policy I need o look at right now. Do you have a Policy on this or not? I was denied entrance into a dispensary with my serice dog. What can be done about this.
there should be an ombudsman for patients.
