The law passed by voters does not give ADHS the authority to connect qualifying patients with designated caregivers. You might want to try talking to the doctor who wrote your certification or looking in the newspaper.

    First you need to not be anonymous. Second you need to contact a qualified patient that is authorized to cultivate and ask them to help you out.
