  1. A link or page for people who's vaccine invite link isn't working properly

    How about some info for those of us in healthcare who are trying to activate the "Vaccine Event Invitation" email link? The "Secondary Code" is not showing up in my inbox so I can't proceed, and I just heard on KJZZ that you're aware of this as a problem w/ many people, so how about a solution?

  2. Where can I find daily update on the number of vaccines administered?

    I would like to see on the Covid dashboard the number of vaccines administered by county. I would like it to be updated daily.

  4. Improvement to covid registry form

    You should indicate the date of birth format. Apparently it is YYYY/MM/DD; but you don't say so.
    The field for the telephone number isn't wide enough.
    You say a code has been sent, but you don't indicate where to.
    Email or telephone? You should say.
    The system does not send a code to ether. The first form doesn't work well in chrome, but it does in firefox (I have both, so I know)

  5. Display a rolling average of COVID-19 positivity rates

    I just realized that the reason the percent positives don't change much on the COVID-19 dashboard is that they are cumulative. That doesn't tell us anything useful. Please, please, please give us recent testing data. Most states do a rolling one-or two-week average of positivity rates. Please do that.

  6. Fix COVID Vaccine Signup

    Someone sent me the link to sign up for vaccine. NO ONE should try this on a mobile device. The mobile version would have had me click the < arrow for prior month over 900 times to reach my birth date. Allow simple numeric entry like the web version. Went to web version. Went through all steps to sign up. It finds no possible dates, no matter what future date I ask. It needs a search function WITHOUT date specification.     I registered for a COVID-19 vaccine, but cannot find any available appointments. It is annoying to have to search on each individual date to check for an opening. I understand I may not be at the top of the list, but it would make more sense to give information such as "No appointments available" or the date of the first available appointment, rather than force a user to click on every single date just to be told there are no appointments available on that date.   11. Seniors age 75+ when and where can they sign up for the coronia shot

    Have the process described in writing. My local doctor doesn't k now. My city and county refer me to the state. I am in category 1B but there is no information available for seniors in that category.

    I am requesting recognition and assistance for centurions (senior 100 and above) who are not living in nursing homes, but remain at very high risk (comorbidities), have their positions escalated for the covid vaccine and not to be placed in the same grouping as seniors 75 and above.   16. Estimate of how many people are to be vaccinated in each sub-group

    It would be helpful if ADHS gave the public an estimate of the population count to be vaccinated, in each sub-group. This way we can more accurately handicap whether the rate of vaccination is behind, or ahead of schedule, in each sub-group. Thank you.

  17. All people born in 1946 should be added to set of COVID vaccinations.

    Instead of stating 75 year old and older will be included in next vaccination cycle, make it the year they were born, example all people born in 1946 or older can receive vaccine.

    I was looking for a timetable for my turn for covid vaccine, but couldn't find it on the website, and it is very difficult for an average citizen to navigate the site. I suggest that there should be a page, front and center, for the general public, clear and easy to understand, and updated daily, about the vaccine administration progress and the projected time table for all phases.
