Local jurisdictions fall under the stated law the same way as anyone else are they not ? I recently returned back to the state from California and am a qualified medical person. It seems to me the bureaucracy involved in this program is excessively burdening to the people of this state.I attended the meetings in Flagstaff and as well as Phoenix. And specifically expressed the 10 foot wall. As it is not possibly realistic for a person on disability to afford the overwhelming cost of such a monumental requirement.I was under the impression that was corrected in the statute as an other wise specified subject.The local authority soon interrupted that in there own way and stole My Brothers medicine in an unprofessional manner further confusing use as to the role of this catch 22. To further complicate the matters The F.B.I.. Arizona's only source of Internal airfares was unable to assert the state law on our Owen public officials do to another legislative law that was past limiting there powers with in the state boundary! This law unlike the pot law. Was never put to a vote!!!!????? This hole is compelling people to do unnecessary things in order to grow ,consume or even enter into commerce . I am appalled and will be addressing the senate and legislature for these grievances and Dictatorial tactics conducted on The Sovereign Arizonans That are effected by this Hippocratic!!!! We must work together in this state to educate and clean up the Chaos we are all now subjected to on a daily bases. or all of our efforts ,heath, and welfare are most certainly domed. Under these current polices.
