well they said they sent mine 18 days ago. It's still not here... my friends got theirs in 3 days that live in the same area as me.. everytime i get transfered to their agensy they don't answer or can't answer my questions.

We mail each card to the mailing address provided in the application within two business days after approval. It is important to check that your mailing address was entered correctly into the application. We can assist you with this. We can also check our returned mail to see if the card has been returned to us due to an insufficient address.
