remove or clarify students
if we contract with a school to be their clinical site, the school is responsible for the students file/ information as stated in the rule
A better expectation for a facility who contracts and does not manage their own student population whould be, we are expected to keep a list of the student's name, address, phone number and dates they are in the building for clinical training
