CMS/Medicare must stop the monopolistic and proprietary board certification limited to the ABMS. I respectfully request CMS/Medicare acknowledge and allow NBPAS (national board of physicians and surgeons) to be recognized as an equal and alternative board for facility, sleep, and physician certification.
