THIS JUST IN!!—the manager for Precious Heart Assisted Living had a small cache of colostomy bags kept in reserve so that she could dole them out as needed, so the issues referenced in Complaint ID 2021-LTC9971 are now pretty much in the clear. As the report implies (though probably not all that clearly), it was never my intent to charge the facility with any wrongdoing—I feel that the manager and her attendant did the best they could under the circumstances, even recommending I get the contact information for my medical insurance to make sure I'm not trying to kill the proverbial housefly with a grenade launcher. With all the issues that come to your door, you people are probably long overdue for something pleasant to ponder. Thank you for hearing me out.
