Show the change in the categories from the previous day as well

COVID-19 incremental graphs
For the positive tests by day of test, please show how many more positive results were added to each "day of test" bin, so we can see the growth too.

    Showing trends in *all* data is very important. Please implement this suggestion, or even better, have trend graphs or thumbnails. A link to an AZ archive website with all cumulative data in all categories is needed.
