Show daily positive rate on tests, not just cumulative rate?
Are New Tests Reported Today directly comparable to the New Cases Today? That is if 100 new tests are reported and there are two new cases is that a 2% positive rate? If not, is there a way to make this data available?

I agree. It appears the % PCR positive tests you report daly is not the daily positive tests as a % of the daily PCR total tests, yet Johns Hopkins and the media report much percentages.. Where do they obtain their data, and why don't you report that data?
