I suggest when the worst case happened to have 1 designated hospital to act as the triage to evaluate patients. Then another hospital to just take all active cases or patients so the other emergency cases but not covid patients have a place to go & have urgent care without getting contaminated with covid. Or in worst event have 1 designated hospital to handle non covid patients and the rest will all take care of the majority covid patients. 911. surge responds and all hospitals will have an emergency plan for severe covid 19 spread. Its like making 1 hospital an ICU for covid patients only. This will help contain the cases and at the same time urgent non covid patients can be taken care off too.
