Re: Az State Hospital sale
This is not an idea. There are graves on that property. I am concerned about one in particular: Isaiah Mays, Medal of Honor recipient. Isaiah was a Black (Buffalo Soldier?) Corporal who fought in a gunbattle near current day Safford-Thatcher wherein every member of his troup was injured or killed. He cared for the living as best he could and then staggered and crawled (he was badly shot-up himself) for two miles to a ranch to get help. I have never found out why Corporal Mays was buried at the State Hospital. He deserves special attention and a reburial with honor at an appropriate cemetery of your choosing (Even Arlington National would not be a bad idea). Please do not him fall by the wayside.
I write you a polite and respectful request to save the grave of a Medalof Honor recipient buried on State property and Your site won't let me post because I have cookies blocked? What makes you so damned important that your sacred cookies must get spread to taxpayer computers? Now, go do the right thing. No need to contact me.
