Please add the expiration date to the facility license's, we have to call to to get the expiration date.
we are able to obtain the facility license information on the website, but we have to take the time to call the state for an expiration date. that is not very efficient

The expiration date was not part of the original program. It was kept off because of a concern for not having timely information. So instead of providing information that may not be correct, we ask that you call to ensure it is the best information.
