Addition of a.r.s. title 13 chapter 34 needs to be added
Medical Marijuana Patients across the state are being charged with possession and numerous other charges under A.R.S. title 13 chapter 34 this needs to be added to rules and statutes so they know of this.

The notation on the back of the Qualifying Patient and Designated Caregiver cards says, “Possessing marijuana may be in violation of local, state or federal laws.”

I don't care. I know it says that and it doesn't explain anything. ADHS needs to take responsibility for the numerous people being charged with felonies for simple possession. Take responsibility and add it to the rules and statutes so people know. I have 2 class 2 felonies and am looking at 17yrs. in prison for following the rules and statutes on the adhs website. Title 13 chapter 34 is a state law that apparently applies and you are walking people right into breaking felony laws. Now that has to be criminal in itself. We are people that have serious conditions and I would have never joined this program knowing i would face 17yrs in prison. Fix it!!
