yes i would love to have my shot records since mine were destroyed some time ago. especially since i now work in the health field and have had to get revaccinated.

This suggestion may refer to the Primary Care Area Statistical Profiles. It is very frustrating to find only the current one linked (from everywhere) and the previous ones hidden. I found some that I needed for previous years and downloaded them, but now I can't even rediscover those. Please add a link to the archived data for those who need it. Thanks.
