At this time there is NO way for a patient to know when a dispensary might open within 25 miles of their residence. There should be a place on the Dept. of Health website listing dispensaries and a circle of the area (25 miles) showing what patients will not be able to cultivate.
The current measure notices the patient upon their annual renewal if a dispensary is open within 25 miles of where they live. What about all the money invested in cultivating your own medicine? The current measures will create a BURDEN on the patient.

At this time, ADHS has no idea where dispensaries will open either. When a dispensary begins operating, people living within the 25-mile radius will be notified.

yes indeed i am on disability and can barely eat let alone aford my medications that were covered,they az did this to scre people over intentionaly,so intent to defraud by means of deception... i grow my own and when a disspensary opens *** off,its my plant from god to share with other card holders free!! come try to take or shake it ya better know those who know they may die in there sleep have nothing to fear looking down the barrel of a bunch of no good theives,civilian,local or federal individual!!! when they point a gun in your face as i have had done to me,i fear no evil for my rod! and staff will prevail!!!
