If the state does not allow dispenseries, how are people suppose to get state regulated, medical grade marijuana? Think about it.
Please do not withold medical marijuana from those in serious need and cannot tolerate pharmaseutical drugs with all the terrible side affects. Where is the respect for the voting process?
Until there is a decision in the courts, ADHS will not proceed with licensing dispensaries.

Follow the vote of the people. Medical marijuana will be far better then anything you buy on the street for you will know how it is grown and in what type of soil etc .It is far better then anything that comes accross the border, If there is fact that it can help the sick without the use of hard drugs and avoid the side effects. Let us try it and make our own decision. This is the USA and our leaders are elected to do the will of the people. Will this happen. NOT if you have idiots like SNOW, BREWER, who talk with two faces. FOLLOW THE PEOPLE you asked for their vote and you got it NOW LIVE BY IT
