I'm a100% Disabled Veteran, the V.A. Doctors are not permitted to; so what do I do?
I've been on Morphine for a number of years, and it still does not always work. I can't see a V.A. Doctor; so, who do I see? And where? I live in a Rural area far from the big cities. It's quite a drive and gas money to go anywhere. Can you Help me?
ADHS is not permitted to release a list of doctors who have certified patients for medical marijuana use per the statute. You may want to look online for physicians in your area.

Sorry that link was AZmmcc.com and I do have probably enough to help now and am waiting to here if you need help with the cost of the doctor or card or both. Hope to hear from you. Also any other U.S. disabled vets. I could use to hear from you, so that if william doesn't respond, I have other disabled vets to help.

William, I maybe able to help. Are you asking about where to go or are you having trouble with the cost? We (both my husband and I) went to AZMMC and had very good experiences with them. Their total cost that included filing your papework was $125 What I liked best was that you first go on-line and give them a medical release to get your records. Once they have them, if they can help they schedule you an appointment. So that means that It would only be just a one-time visit, without having to run all over trying to get your own medical records together. Now if it's the cost of the doctor, I can help a little on that. I've gotten a few donations for a lupus patient and have a little extra left over. I can't give anonymous donations back. So using them to help a disabled vet was next on our list. You seem to fit that description. Please don't ask if you really don't need, because there are so many that do. And on AZMMC, website is www.AZMMC.com and their phone is 480-994-0420.

Call this number right here: (623)-937-2752 - And make and appointment.
Tell them Michael Pickett referred you. They have a doctor on staff who will give you a prescription if you qualify with a debilitating disease. It is called the THC Clinic and it is located on 5301 W Glendale Ave in Glendale, AZ (85301).
The doctors visit is only $99, they will file your paperwork for $50. My total cost was $299. After state fees. If your on food stamps you will get $75, off total cost, from the state. If your know how to navigate AZDHS.GOV and file your own paperwork you can save $50 and file your paperwork yourself or you can have them do it for you and you should be approved the same day if you qualify.
