How come I am not entitled to any compensation for the medication I produce?
I have spent 1000's of dollars on the best equipment to grow medical grade marijuana, countless hours learning how to produce medical marijuana, and many more hours educating other patients about medical marijuana. Why am I not entitled to any compensation for the knowledge and services I provide?
The law passed by voters last November does not allow a person to grow marijuana for-profit. If you are a caregiver, you may be entitled to reimbursement for your expenses under the law under 5e.

So a experienced caregiver that has the knowledge and know-how to produce medical marijuana efficiently, by law, will have to charge less, than a caregiver maybe new or less experienced, and thus, will not be as efficient.
It seems with this method, an inefficient or inexperienced caregiver will be charging more for an inferior and possible dangerous product.

Why don't you just pass a law saying Pfizer, Johnson and Johnson, Medicis, and other pharmaceutical companies, have to give away their medicines as well. You could solve the entire health care system if you did.
