Put in plain language what the services cost
I am looking for a clinic that can help me even though I have no medical insurance and have not been covered by AHCCCS. I do work a full time temp job to support my family (which I am barely able) so cannot wait in a clinic for days on end. I am about to lose it with my untreated depression, bipolar disorder and GAD.

The best thing to do is to follow the sheet on how and where to get behavioral health help – it is on our website at: http://azdhs.gov/bhs/pdf/AccessingBHSystem.pdf

I am in the process of trying to get our State to put into effect the same Discount Rx Program that we just signed Mayor Bloomberg and NYC up for. Mayor Bloomberg checked out all the, so called discount drug cards over a period of about six years until he saw our Program. I realize that this will not help you with treatment by an MD accept for the large amount of money you will save on all your FDA approved prescriptions and equipment. Our program is not just a card like others it also consists of helping people financially when up to an 85% discount from our card still leaves you short of money. I can say, from experience with my late Wife who I think had the same type of illness as you that I know the Medications often cost over $1,000.00 a Month. Our Program, if you are accepted and I feel certain you will be, will furnish your monthly medications to you, regardless of retail cost, for $20.00 or less. Much like Medicaid there are income restrictions but since you can earn up to 250% more then you can for Medicaid and still qualify I don't see much of a problem for most people in Arizona.
If you, or anyone else, would like a Card (they are all free of charge and require no personal information from you) you can go to http://www.communityactionprogram.org/ and print a card. If you want a more permanent card or would like information on our other program, Rx Med Assist, you can Email me at YourRxHelp@gmail.com for information and an application you can complete on line in 5 minutes just scroll to the bottom of the above Site and click on the button that asks if you need more help. I think with the money you save from medications it will help you to do and accomplish much more in your life.
Please let me know if I can help in any way. I would also welcome the chance to speak to groups such as Church Medical Clinics, Employers or any place I may be able to help even 1 personMichael OReilly
