don't brush people off like they are nobodies. at least try to treat people with some dignity!

I am amazed at the way this department is treating people. They tell you whatever they can to get you off the phone or off of the online support with no intention of helping you. There were errors made with the cultivation status' during the initial application approval and will not corect it. They tell you it's being corrected and to be patient. They take your name and number and nothing. You call back in a month or so and they act like they have no idea what you are talking about. "Your issue has been turned over to tech support". And then what? Nothing. They have prevented us from purchasing our medication and now from cultivating it. I was very understanding and supportive of their efforts in the begining but after 3 months of receiving my card it's clear they have no intention of helping me. What good is having a legal patient card if you have no way of getting the medication? Well they got their money and that's what matters to the state. Try having a little compassion.
