The application on the website is in effect until December 31, 2016. The ADHS HIV Care and Services Program has been piloting a new application. During the pilot period, clients and service providers have given feedback on the ease, structure and requirements of the application. Their feedback has been reviewed and incorporated into a final version of the application. A Spanish translation was created based on the final application. The new application will be effective on January 1st and will be posted to the website on December 30th.
