I requested for a new card in the mail because mine was cracked. Now dispensary says it was reported lost or stolen. Why would you do that ? I need my medicine now I have to wait because of your error? What are my patient rights?

Did anyone ever answer... HOW LONG DOES A REPLACEMENT CARD TAKE? Ordered mine online today (10/29/18). My initial one was crazy fast!! I applied online on a Sun. night, and it came in the mail on Friday. Like, 5 days after I submitted my original application, Friday.
