Its real easy. Costs $10. Might need to call state or your mmj cert clinic to get your ID. Also if you have an old card available, your number stays the same but the last number changes from 1 to 2.

When this happens, the old card status is automatically deactivated and a new card along with a new card number is activated and mailed to the cardholder. Because the new card is immediately activated upon issuance, the old card must be deactivated to prevent a cardholder from having two active cards at one time.
