Update your process
I need to get a genealogical copy of my mother's death certificate(as required for application into Daughter's of the American Revolution and Daughter's of the Confederacy). In these days of identity theft, I am not comfortable in mailing protected personal information (i.e. copy of my driver's license and birth certificate. PPI, most states and companies go to great measures to protect such data.
I was told I didn't have to mail the documents if I had your form notarized, which I did. My driver's license and birth certificate was presented and verified by the notary.

The Covid data pages are not very useful.
Why not show a 7 day running average graph of new cases? The "Total percent positive" does not tell us how each county is currently doing. And a graph is much clearer. If that info is on the website, I haven't found it.

DROP VITAL CHECK AS A VENDO
Drop vital check as state vendor. poor service. one hour wait times on phone. order certificate 11/12/20 as of today 11/24/20 still had not been processed or received by vital records in az. vital check offered no explanation as to why the order had been sitting unaddressed for 12 days. GET A RELIABLE VENDOR. Vital check fails the test.

Is it criminal to knowingly spread infection in Arizona that causes another persons illness or death?
President Trump was in close contact with people in NJ when he knew he had been in contact with Hope Hicks who had close contact with him and had tested positive for COVID. As he was having mild symptoms himself after contact with Ms. Hicks, and failed to isolate after contact with Hope Hicks he has committed reckless endangerment of people on Wednesday and Thursday this week. Isn't contact tracing about accountability? If NJ knew the circumstances of President Trump's visit, would he have been prevented from holding the events? Would he or anyone else in similar circumstances be prevented…

Update Vital Statistics
The death counts at https://pub.azdhs.gov/health-stats/mu/index.php include 2019 but the cross tabs at https://pub.azdhs.gov/health-stats/menu/info/trend/index.php?pg=deaths only include thru 2018. Can the latter be updated to include 2019?

Additional age detail on Covid deaths on the dashboard
Over 75% of the deaths were over 65. Please breakdown by age groups of no more than ten years, like you did for 45 to 55 and 55 to 65. Add 65-75 and 75 to 85 and over 85

Just to keep it up. The %positive in AZ remains concerning. While better than before, it's leveling off (not good). That number is a key indicator. I hope you are able to resist political pressure these days.

Get your web site working so I can do my businessof finding information on my birth parents
Provide an easy option to find this information without having to go through an unnecessary procedures. I have medical issues that need family history on.

Where are Covid patients from
Like to know if they are immigrants, green card holders or dual citizenship. Is the daily count being held up for weeks? How do you count deaths, I.e. the day they died or within a certain time of there deaths.

I'd like to see the average number of deaths compared with the current number of deaths. That difference in number would be those that died
I'd like to see the average number of deaths compared with the current number of deaths. That difference in number would be those that died from the virus, those that didn't seek medical help because of the virus, those that died of something else, but covid complicated matters, etc. Break out all those numbers, and let people see that data. Right now, people are parsing the data and they don't know what they are doing. If you lay it out, with a confidence level in your analysis, at least we'd have a general number to work from. The daily covid death chart for the state in inaccurate--none of the bar numbers are correct that I can see you report 2 or 3 deaths or maybe 10--when it is considerably higher by all your other measures. please make it correct or take it down. thanks

my question has been asked a number of times regarding duplicate testing . Why haven't you developed a better forum for the results
show new testing for new individuals. current results dont separate a second test for the same individual who want a test to confirm the first test.
