    That's what the percentages shown do. All of the talk about dismissing confirmed cases because of increased testing, but at the same time ignoring how the percentage changed with increased testing, blow my mind. As of recent, it is extremely clear that both the number of cases and the percentage of positive tests are both dramatically increasing.

  2. Continue reporting the % positive PCR test results as % as of the date of testing.
