An error occurred while saving the comment Concerned. commentedThis information is not available when accessing the website on a desk top device, either. It simply does not exist. Calling the phone number 1-844-542-8201 is not helpful, either. Option 4, for testing, simply says "contact your health provider." Really? It took me over 15 minutes to get that unhelpful information.
Yes. And would you also please advise us exactly where we be tested. Your hotline automated message just says "contact your health provider." That is not helpful at all. May of us do not have health insurance and so have no "health provider." We need to know what clinics, hospitals administer the tests and what protocol we, as patients, customers, consumers, etc. should follow to be tested. We need full transparency on this. And the info needs to be easy to find. Put it in bold on the front of your website, please.
