    I agree. Your website gives no assurance that non-resident visitors are included in the data.
    If they are not included, it could skew results considerably. I am an Iowa resident who typically spends 3 months of year in Arizona. If I test positive or need medical treatment because of COVID-19 symptoms while in Arizona, will that be noted your database? What about a non-resident in Arizona for week?
