This probably has nothing to do with this topic but I only have a week to complete my project of searching for an Externship. Thank you for your time.

To whom it may concern:

I am currently a student at Arizona College, Glendale Arizona, attaining my Diploma as a Health Information Specialist. I have completed classroom learning and now in process of entering my extern/internship session. I am searching for an extern site that is not affiliated with Arizona College.

In order to graduate, I must complete 200 hours a minimum of 32 hrs a week, preferably 40 hours. I must start on 2/18/13 until 3/15/13 a 5 week session. This externship site I go to should have a Health Information Department. A billing/coding department or facility with learning capability and be opened and willing to teach me.

I am very excited to be apart of this growing field, I am grateful for your consideration and hope to learn soon.

I've been receiving phone calls from a company called ICF every night for the past few days, which I did not answer. I looked the number up on line, and found people complaining the same issue. Some mentioned it's a survey for the AZ Department of Health Services. Others doubted it's really for the Department, and I also had doubts about its legitimacy until I got to your web site.

Now that everyone has a caller ID, I do not think a phone survey using a third party is not a very productive way. 1) People won't answer the phone; 2) It is hard to figure out the survey's legitimacy over the phone. Some people were complaining on line that they were asked "personal" questions, and they didn't like it.

I would like my phone number removed from the list, but who do I need to address this issue?

I have a question on who I should contact to report a business that sells aplliances specifically refrigerator/freezers that have icemakers and water dispensers that are so dirty and rusty that they are unhealthy to use. The scam is that the store, Scratch and Dent in Glendale delivers appliances that are different than what the consumer picked out. They advertise a 90day warranty but fail to fix/repair or replace the items. I am not an immigrant but believe that the majority of the customer base at the store is and that the store takes advantage of people who are new to our country and not yet aware of the consumer rights here. I have written to the AZ AG and the AZ Dept of Revenue (I believe they misrepresent the sales tax they owe) Please let me know who I can contact to report the health issues of the products they sell.
