  1. Can you make the COVID-19 data available for download?

You have created one of the best state sites in the country. It would be nice to have the data for mathematical analysis. For instance my work here: https://community.wolfram.com/groups/-/m/t/1906954

  4. Your data dashboard button links to the Spanish language version. I would like to see the English language version. Where do I find that?

Can you please fix your data dashboard button? I click it and it goes to the Spanish language version.

Where is the English language version? Why doesn't the data dashboard button link to the English language version first?????

  8. Wearing a mask!

I just saw your public service announcement with Doug Ducey and Cara Christ, MD regarding COVID-19 and ways of protecting oneself and others from this virus. NOWHERE in the announcement was it mentioned or suggested to wear a mask, and I am APPALLED at the ignorance of leaving this item out of the announcement. Shame on you! As a healthcare provider, I am outraged over your blatantly leaving this suggestion out of the messaging. Don’t make this political because of trump refusing to wear a mask. Do not tout trump’s ignorance just because Ducey is a republican!

  9. Serology tests should also be clearly labeled as Antibody tests since that is a more commonly used and understood term.

News reports and articles most frequently use "antibody testing" to describe what AZDHS is calling "serology testing". The AZDHS language is confusing since there are now multiple methods to obtain samples and "serology" in itself does not describe what the blood has been tested for or what positive results mean.

  11. Confirmed COVID-19 Cases by Day graph X axis is set to 2008-2020

By resetting the X axis of the graph to start at 2008 the data has been rendered useless. This is an odd anomaly to be accidental in origin.

Please reset the X axis to 2019-2020 so the truth can be seen.

  12. Correction needed for ED covid cases?

Noticed this morning a spike in hospital specific covid information, "ED" cases >2300! Is this a typo or has there been a change in definitions that must be communicated or is there a sudden outbreak about to make international news??

  13. Zip Code Map Covid, increase diversity of categories please

On the zipcode map, you have ranges in groupings of tens, but past 40 there is just one range...40+

In my zipcode there are 120-ish cases, in my mother's neighborhood she has 41. On the display they show as the same.

Being able to visualize that my neighborhood is 3 times more infected then my mom's neighborhood would be helpful. Thank you.

  14. Testing

Is it possible to not only give the number of new tests, but also the number of repeat tests on the same people (example patient A had a test, then a week later Patient A had another test, which counts as two, but is only one person tested.)

  15. Define “Confirmed COVID-19 Cases by Day”

Your Pima County case count totals don’t add up. As of 5/28/2020, the website lists 202,914 PCR tests with 6.6% positive (13,392), and 84,691 Serology tests with 3.0% positive (2,540). This gives a combined test total of approximately 15,932. However, the website lists a total of 17,763 confirmed cases. So, even combining the PCT and Serology tests gives a shortfall of 1,831 cases. How do you account for the missing confirmed cases? Are you combining Serology and PCT test in the "Confirmed COVID-19 Cases by Day" and "Number of Cases" results? Why? Please explain your methodology for determining total confirmed…

  17. Pick up the phone.

I called today and sat on autohold for 33 minutes before being transferred directly to someone's voice mail. I called back. I've been on autohold for 15 minutes more.

  18. Data on confirmed covid cases - EPI chart

Confirmed cases by day seems to be manipulated data. I have been tracking your EPI chart and the number of cases increase (which is to be expected) but also decreases (which doesn't make sense). For example the bar chart for April 29 peaked at 417 on May 6th but on May 7 dropped by 36 to 381. The cases continued to climb to another peak of 398 on May 14 and then dropped to 387 on June 5th. This anomaly happened again for tests recorded to the following dates: 4/30, 5/3 (which had a high of 305 on May 7…

  19. Continue reporting the % positive PCR test results as % as of the date of testing.

As of today, ADHS stopped reporting the daily plots of % positive PCR and SER test results for the day the test was taken. You are instead reporting the aggregate % over all tests. This makes it impossible to see the continued rise in positive PCR test results which were continually increasing since about 5/17 (about 5% to 13%).

The public needs to understand why they no longer make these data available.

It appears that you are purposely hiding the fact that their testing SHOWS THAT WE ARE INCREASING IN INFECTION RATE. (In fact, the original plots squeezed the plot,…

  20. Examples and Solutions for Potentially Misleading Representations, COVID

Since the general public uses this site as a primary resource to keep up with the pandemic, there should be a strong obligation towards clarity and towards removing bias. Right now, while I have no reason to believe any data is inaccurate, it is easy for someone who isn't used to reading data, doesn't read disclaimers, or who has biases they are trying to confirm, to mistakenly use correct data to draw false conclusions. I'll point out each issue, and then suggest a few ways it could be fixed
Issue 1: Misleading shape and incomplete information posted as if it…
