Impossible to correct or add to application
It has been 2 weeks, my credit card charged and an email explaining an error was received yesterday. However, when I get on ADHS, there is no record of me. It would be nice to correct the issue that way as the hyperlink in the email does nothing.
When you are gravely ill, this is quite frustrating.
When you are accessing the link, please ensure you are entering the AZQP number, first and last name, and your DOB. You can find your AZQP number on your receipt or on the PDF file that was available to you for printing after completing your application.
