Application incomplete?
Please, I have an inoperable brain tumor and filled out all the necessary documents over 2 weeks ago. My credit card was even charged the fee.
I checked on status and apparently there was something mailed to me that was necessary. I did not receive this!

If an applicant has made an error on his or her application, ADHS will send an email notification describing the error and how to correct it. If the applicant has questions or needs assistance with resubmitting the application, please email us at m2programsupport@azdhs.gov. Thank you

I have had a Medical Marijuana Card for 3 yrs now you sent me a notice to get it renewed so I did on 6-23-14,I paid for the Doctor,but received No card,need to find outwhats the problem,in not receiving my card?

No, I did not receive an email.
I have followed up with phone calls as well.
