Please add the expiration dates. It would save your staff time as well as expedite the credentialing verification process.

When searching a licensee on AZCareCheck.com, the search results show if the license is currently active but doesn't provide issuance, effective, or expiration dates of the active license. This information would be very helpful for interested persons who are trying to not only verify status of a licensee, but to also have license period contextual information.
For example, Licensees who have submitted a timely application but are waiting for agency processing timeframes don't have a way of 'verifying' that their application is currently in a processing queue. An employer doesn't care about the current license (especially when it is expiring soon), they care about the next license. By providing the information about the license period, the verifier can better understand the meaning of the search result they just got (if the license is active).
Without that information, the verifier then calls the office to get that additional information--which uses up Department staff resources for information that really should available on the azcarecheck site.
