  2. Include Walgreen's Location on Houghton for COVID-19 testing

    News 4 verbally stated Walgreen's on Houghton location, but can't find on website to know if preregistration is required or if they accept drive-ins.

  3. Why are there no BLITZ COVID 19 TESTINGNG SITES in Pinal County please?

    Are there plans for future Covid 19 test sites in Pinal County please? Many residents don't live near anything listed and more don't have transportation.

  4. Option for anti body testing

    A test just for the Chinese virus not very useful. A person could test and have the result be negative. Then ten minutes or ten days later they get a new exposure to the virus. Then end up in the ICU. Let the patient decide on which test to take.

  5. Have testing in all 15 Counties

    Governor says stay home. Then get tested. How can I stay in Gila County and get tested? There are no sites in Gila County.

  6. Please graph total deaths per day vs past years to show excess deaths

    It would be nice to see all of this breaking out ALL deaths so people can understand other risks we are exposed to as well. Data from the annual report should be graphed.

  8. Trying to register on AKOS site for testing. There is a glitch with DOB box which will not allow me to complete registration.

    Fix it.

  9. I need 4 statistics

    I need 4 statistics for April 30th 2020:
    1) total number of covid cases ARIZONA for April 30th
    2) total number of covid deaths ARIZONA for April 30th
    3) total number of covid cases PIMA COUNTY for April 30th
    4) total number of covid deaths PIMA COUNTY for April 30th
    I am keeping a tally for several groups, growth in cases, percentages,
    etc. and I missed the data for that one day of April 30th, 2020.

  12. More sites needed in west Phoenix, Laveen, South Phoenix, Tolleson, Avondale and Goodyear

    Quickly add a variety of sites in the above parts of Phoenix and the West Valley--large and small; variety of times, variety of pre-registration and no registration. I only looked at Page 1 and could not find a site in the areas mentioned above. I live in west Phoenix. I also am a community activist for Inner City issues, so this is another reason for my concern. Some sites in areas listed above should be listed on Page 1. Others in the top 3 pages. Also need better listing practices--e.g. Separate pages for each county or each city in Maricopa…

  14. display deaths by co-morbidities vs no co-morbidities

    Please display deaths for people under certain ages with co-morbidities vs without co-morbidities. This is the data that we should be relying upon in decision making about opening up businesses. If we see that the people truly at risk of death are above a certain age or those with co-morbidities (which many are reporting) then we can properly instruct who needs to stay at home and who can go out and back to work. This is how we will achieve herd immunity and ultimately protect our vulnerable population.

  15. Help providing plain language resources during the health crisis

    Good afternoon!
    I started reaching out to you guys in November about plain language training, which I provided to the Louisiana Office of Public Health a while back. At this point in the crisis, I'm just looking for ways to help/do pro bono work. Could you direct me to where I can donate my services to the state/your department during this crisis?

  17. Add "Scroll down to view data" to Data Dashboard display

    By accident, I just discovered 5/1/20 9:19 a.m. that the data is displaying below the dashboard icons. It would be helpful to add a line above the icons telling users to scroll down to view data.
