  1. Status on MMJ card delivery?

    I’m not sure if this has happened to anyone else but I received an email stating my application was accepted on february 17th and I still have yet to receive my medical card? Is there any way to see what’s going on with my card? All I see are tons of different phone numbers for contact but none of them explicitly state they’re for MMJ patients.

  3. Medical Marijuana CME

    I was looking for the online medical marijuana CME module. I went to azdhs.gov/cme, and it presents the option of "medical marijuana continuing medical education (CME) module." When I click on the link, it just sends me to a frequently asked questions page. Do you have a proper link to the module?

  4. Recently Added MMJ Law

    Hoping to at least regulate opiates if we are regulating MMJ this ruthlessly. MMJ concentrates have never robbed someone of life- on the other hand, opiates? Opiates have robbed thousands of life. Folks within my family and dear friends close to our family have been demoralized, sick and dead. I do not understand the effort and the amount of energy going toward into this law- I hope the department of health can maintain a balanced outlook and considers regulations on all forms of medication.

  5. If you choose to let your card expire can you renew with th renewal application?

    All it says in the rules and regs is it you allow your card to expire and are renewing you have to fill out the original app. Why can't we fill out the regular renewal form. Also it's not the doctors fault if you allowed the card to expire. Why would their card number expire too?

  6. Additional information and support

    I have reviewed this act many times and about confidentiality and protection. With concerning to pre-employment screenings for jobs, speaking with medical review officer and keeping the confidentiality as this law states. It would be helpful to have information and walk through of what this process should look like and resources for legal council that can answer questions and support a person with their rights.

    My computer does not load enable, play, do, whatever so I can pay for my address change onmy card. I do nor have SASFARUI I do not have chrome it ewill not losad.   11. Why full price of $ 300 for renewal with incurable diseases

    Don t punish patients with expiring card and an ongoing incurable disease like Parkinson's with a $ 150 fee from a doctor who is not even the patients physician. He has also developed another cancer for which he is paying $ 2000 for the radiation. the products in dispensaries are expensive enough. Why can his physician/oncologist NOT write up the health condition and reason for a medical marijuana card yo avoid that fee? It is really unfair, just an additional income for doctors.     I cannot even contact you to ask a question. I am sure this is deliberate in nature. All I want to know is why you announce on your site that the card is $75 to $150 and yet I have been informed that it is $300. That amount demonstrates the corruption in the state's government. You advertise one thing but the reality is something else. You people are horrible.

  20. How can I verify cards older than Feb 2017?

    I have authorization as law enforcement to verify a card. The current one I am checking pre-dates the changes in Feb 2017, so there are only 19 characters on the card, not 20+. The system is not allowing for verification of the number because it is too short.
