  2. Make website more user friendly

    Make it possible to someone reach a live person. I don't understand how I am supposed to apply for a dupicate card (I lost mine) and have the number when I lost mine. How about a way to deal with that issue? I'm sure it's not uncommon.

    2.5 oz is an arbitrary number. I often run out.

    I am new here. I found you on google with medical food process when people eat. I want to say something. Most of our college students are from Kerala, India. One thing I notice they are using banana leaf when they are taking food instead of any material utensils. I told them what is the reason behind this? Our students answered amazingly, it has much healthy reason. So I want to know from you what is the exact healthy reason behind it. Please guide me.

  6. PAYMENT NOT BEING ACCEPTED

    THE BELOW MESSAGE IS WHAT I CONTINUE TO GET WHEN TRYING TO PAY FOR MMJ CARD. THE ENTIRE APPLICATION AND REQUIRED UPLOADS ARE COMPLETED AND YET THE PAYMENT PART IS SEEMING TO BE CORRUPTED. I AM NOT SURE WHAT THE RESOLUTION IS OR WHEN THE SITE WILL ACCEPT PAYMENTS. I HAVE CALLED AND THE REPRESENTATIVE SAID TO TRY AGAIN IN THE AFTERNOON. STILL NO RESOLVE. HAVE TRIED SO MANY TIMES. FRUSTRATING BECAUSE I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS AND AT THE END AM NOT ABLE TO PAY. PLEASE ADVISE AND THANK YOU .

  7. Confusion on Cultivation. ARS statutes unclear.

    We have a question.? My self and my cousin, both in our 70s, and both of us have 'authorization to cultivate' on our cards.

    We have a secure garden area, and would like to know if we both can grow our 12 plants together in this garden area.

    The garden is surrounded by a 6 feet tall security fence, with a locked gate.

    Could you please answer this question, The Arizona Revised Statutes are not clear on this issue.

  8. Status on MMJ card delivery?

    I’m not sure if this has happened to anyone else but I received an email stating my application was accepted on february 17th and I still have yet to receive my medical card? Is there any way to see what’s going on with my card? All I see are tons of different phone numbers for contact but none of them explicitly state they’re for MMJ patients.

  9. Where is my MMJ card? I sent in the correction requested 2/1. All the system will tell me is that my correction was received!

    Make it Mac friendly!! Make it so you can apply in person or through the mail I am trying to submit a better pic(You emailed me to tell me you needed a brighter pic) and the I type in my ID, name, DOB and it just sits there, I called someone and they told me it wasn't Mac friendly so I took time off work to go to the library and I'm having the same issue.   18. Why full price of $ 300 for renewal with incurable diseases

    Don t punish patients with expiring card and an ongoing incurable disease like Parkinson's with a $ 150 fee from a doctor who is not even the patients physician. He has also developed another cancer for which he is paying $ 2000 for the radiation. the products in dispensaries are expensive enough. Why can his physician/oncologist NOT write up the health condition and reason for a medical marijuana card yo avoid that fee? It is really unfair, just an additional income for doctors.   20. Cannot FIND WAYS to select/specify a designated CARE GIVER

    I live in Kearny, Arizona. Superior Organics Dispensary CLOSED. I would like to select a DESIGNATED CAREGIVER as a supplier. But I CANNOT FIND THE APPLICATION FORM that I need to fill out to identify and select my Designated Care Giver. Can you help?
