Update your page on medical marijuana
We waited 6 days for the 'welcome' email saying that we could access my grandmother's med card. I call and get told "we don't send that email anymore, just log into the portal". How absolutely disgusting that no one told us this, meanwhile my grandmother has stage 4 cancer and is waiting for her e-card to arrive in her email. Change your website. People are dying.

Fix your MMJL Survey
You sent me an email requesting that I take a survey regarding the new MMJ digital license. I could not complete the survey because as soon as I answered one question it thanked me for completing the survey (which I could not complete). I suggest you check on the survey and see if it is working properly.

A digital problem, perhaps
What happens if I lose my phone with my digital marijuana card on it? Can I replace it?

Database - Searchable
A simple database that has all the licensed cannabis cultivators, retailers, wholesalers etc. would be nice.
Pretty much everything on this website is worthless and just basically justifies the person(s) position entering the data. Certain I won't be back until I can find a downloadable database of information.

I do not have a smartphone or a printer for your new digital process. I just have a laptop. Can I still get a card?
Keep issuing cards for the older folks who are not tech savvy.

Having an easy, efficient way for patients to check their own allotment directly through azdhs
I do not believe it should be the dispensary's responsibility to inform patients of their allotment. The patients should have an easy, accessible way to check how much medicine they can purchase at any time no mater what time or day it is. This could be in the form of a checker website or a call in phone number.

Quicker employer response
Immediate login access to register an employer to verify a medical marijuana card. I have been waiting for more than 24 hours and it is holding up hiring an employee.

complaint tracker error
I filed a complaint on a dispensary and added a pptx of the experience, when the boss discriminated but received an error, so i attempted to file the complaint this morning and received the error. Because I'm black and I'm also accused of calling them wbs if that's my belief its protected by the First amendment. the same dispensary before these happenings would make personal statement towards me from the dispensary, out loud.

I want to now and voice my opinion
I understand as time changes the laws change too. I would like to know when these certain and special events for voting for and requesting changes to the laws. dealing with MMJ, the dispensaries, their customer service, and the type of MMJ being dispensed.
So it wouldn't be so confusing, to read a law and rule just for the opposite to happen with no recourse, for it. I would like more option other then finding another dispensary, filing a complaint, retaliation for it. i would like to know my options. maybe request t find a caregiver instead of dispensary targets…
